Does Daily Harvest Have Low Carb?

Daily Harvest makes living a healthy / low carb lifestyle super convenient for a busy babe like myself.

While some Daily Harvest menu items can be higher in fat, they are fairly low in protein and they do contain enough carbohydrates (mostly in the form of fruits and veggies) to make them unsuitable for a keto diet. Is Daily Harvest Really Good for you? Daily Harvest is a great way to get in more fruits and veggies.

Most of their meals are between 30-45 grams in carbs with a good amount of fiber. That falls within the guidelines of how I design my meal plans for steady blood sugar, which reduces energy swings and cravings. Many plant-based healthy fats in the Daily Harvest meals, but not so much that the calorie count is out of control.

Daily Harvest is a plant-based meal delivery service providing a variety of ready-to-eat smoothies, oat and chia bowls, flatbreads, harvest bowls, soups, snacks, and even lattes. Freezer Space – This is a con with any frozen meal kit delivery service, but the cups Daily Harvest uses require a ton of dedicated freezer space. Low Protein – The meals are 100% plant-based (at least that I’ve seen), so naturally, most (not all) meals are on the lower side in protein.

Is Low Carb a protein?

Low Carb Products. Although not all of their products are low carb, I was really impressed with their low carb selection. However, it’s important to note that some of the low carb options are also a bit lower in protein than what I recommend.

Daily Harvest is made with whole food ingredients and they offer gluten and dairy free options for those with intolerances. They do not have any gums, fillers, refined sugars, preservatives or artificial ingredients in their meals and snacks!

How many calories are in daily harvest?

Daily Harvest plans range from 6.99 per cup/meal to 7.75 per cup/meal, depending on how many your order and at what frequency. That translates into $69.75 per week for 9 cups or $89.88 for 12 meals a week, or $167.76 per week or month for 24 cups.

In most cases, a meal kit delivery service provides convenience. However, with Daily Harvest, you get loads of produce and unique ingredients like superfood powders that I wouldn’t spend the time to use or buy. They also provide portability with their specially designed on the go cups.
