Since the FDA recommends no more than 50 grams of added sugar per day, this is a hard pass.
Yes they used to exist. I believe the large was in a 16oz cup while the regular was 12oz. I believe it was about 4 or 5 years ago they got rid of the large and replaced it with a smaller 8oz snack sized one. If you search the US McDonalds website they only have info on the 8 and 12 oz.
