In Bangladesh, the franchises for Domino’s Pizza are co-owned by Jubilant FoodWorks and Golden Harvest Limited forming ‘Domino’s Pizza Bangladesh Limited’. In this entity, Jubilant FoodWorks is the majority shareholder and owns 51% of the company, while the rest of the share is owned by Golden Harvest Limited.
