Former employees have admitted they’re not allowed to wear their hair up at any point in their shift – unless they are on the bar – because it breaks the uniform regulations. Some people like to mix things up and wear a natural-looking wig for a while, but in order to do this, the person working at Hooters needs to go through the proper channels. So long as they get the nod of approval from the right person, then they can go ahead and sport a wig.
