What Is The Softest Chewing Gum?

The Brand: Wrigley’s is home to quite a few gums that dominate the market, but Doublemint is one of their most popular chewing gums. It was introduced in 1914 and happened to be their third flavor of gum.

So, those are your two options: mastic gum or Falim gum. Either of these chewing gums works for your jawline. You’ll never have to worry about the gum falling apart in your mouth. They’re resilient and you’ll be surprised how long they last.

3. Dentyne Ice – 5:35 minutes Dentyne Ice is the first member of the five-minute club, but while the other two finalist have steady-wins-the-race flavors, this gum is a full sprint from the moment it hits the tongue. The mint flavor tasted the most mature of anything on this list, and it lasted twice as long as most other gums.

The first thing to know about Bubble Yum is that it is massive. It’s the biggest gum on the list, by far. The second thing to know is that talking while chewing is next to impossible because saliva glands react to it like a sprinkler system to a five-alarm fire. “I’d like my clients who chew a lot of gum to be aware of how much sugar or sugar alcohols they’re consuming. I do not recommend chewing gum on an empty stomach, since that’s a recipe for giving yourself a stomachache,” Hyman says.

But it’s not all doom and gloom! Gum can also help you steer clear of the mindless munchies, adds Bonnie Taub-Dix, MA, RDN, CDN, creator of BetterThanDieting.com and author of Read It Before You Eat It: Taking You from Label to Table.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but even though you don’t swallow it, there are some scary-sounding ingredients in chewing gum —along with unneeded sugars—that can still impact your health. If you’re looking for something to gnaw on though, there are certain ingredients to look out for that are major red flags.
