Does Mcdonald’S Still Sell Chicken Tenders?

Chicken Tenders Yes, McNuggets are still on the menu, but there was something that felt a little more grown-up about ordering chicken tenders instead. 8

When it comes to chicken, McDonald’s may best be known for its McNuggets… but now there’s a new tender in town. McDonald’s has just unleashed Buttermilk Crispy Tenders — its newest take on the finger food classic — which are chicken tenders are made with 100 percent white meat chicken that’s been battered, lightly seasoned and breaded.

The chicken tenders still appear to be a popular menu item, despite being temporarily removed from menus as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. However, since chicken tenders have yet to reappear on McDonald’s menus, some fans fear the decision to remove tenders from the menu may be permanent.

In the meantime, head over to Wendy’s or Burger King — both of which added tenders to their menus after McDonald’s launched the Buttermilk Crispy Tenders in late September. Or pay your condolences to these 15 McDonald’s menu items you’ll never see again.

According to Consumerist, these tenders differ from the original iteration; the new version is a riff on the chain’s buttermilk chicken sandwich, which McDonald’s introduced in 2015. They’re made from 100% white meat chicken and soaked in a buttermilk batter before frying.

Four years later, chicken tenders made their way back onto menus as Buttermilk Crispy Tenders. After they were released, they promptly sold out. The chicken tenders still appear to be a popular menu item, despite being temporarily removed from menus as a result of the coronavirus pandemic.
