The good thing about the fresh boneless skinless chicken breasts from Costco is that they aren’t injected with a solution of water, salt, sugar, or anything else. I have found chicken breast cheaper but those had these things injected in them, which I want to avoid anything added. Now you will see the chicken does a percentage of retained water.
