Actress and model Grazi Massafera does not give up the scissors of Celso Kamura, with whom she has been a friend for six years. When she is free from the advertising commitments that involve her image, she runs to the hairdresser’s salon, in Jardins, an upscale area of ââthe city of SĂŁo Paulo. âHe is a perfectionist. My mother-in-law comes to cut her hair with him and transforms. It’s not a cut. It’s a transformationâ, says the actress, praising her friend.
Grazi went to Studio C. Kamura on Tuesday afternoon (5) for hair and makeup, as he would be at the launch of a new shoe line that night. At the salon, the cut with the hairdresser costs R$300. If it’s another professional, the price goes up to R$200. âI cut in 20 minutes. I answer every half hourâ, explains Kamura, 32 years in the profession.

We don’t want to talk about the stars, but about herâ, says Nunes, who, today, tries not to keep his women waiting more than a week to get their hair done. âI had eight, ten months of full schedule, with a queue of 500 people. I started to share it.â
Charging R$ 400 from his select clients, the hairdresser Mauro Freire is the one with the second most expensive price in the capital, according to the survey. If he cuts the men’s hair, the price is R$260. With the other professionals at Casa Mauro Freire, which is also in Jardins, the values ââare R$250 for them and R$180 for them.
