We expect our Sellers to ship an item within 3 days of the date of sale. The median SidelineSwap sale is shipped less than 2 days after the order has been placed. If you anticipate being late on a shipment, it’s important that you stay in communication with your buyer.
How do I get my money from SidelineSwap?
You can cash out to a bank account, Venmo account, or to a gift card. After your account has been approved for cashouts, you will be able to cash out from your Seller Dashboard page. If you cash out to a bank account, your first cashout will process in 1-2 business days.
