How do I delete my prolific account?
If you’d like to close your account completely, please contact support@prolificworks.com and we will deactivate it for you. This means you will no longer be able to access your account.
Why did Prolific not give me access?
Certain IPs and ISPs carry a high risk of VPN and/or proxy usage. We don’t allow VPN or proxy usage whilst on Prolific as they can be used to conceal the location of an IP and generally anonymise web browsing.
