Cosmopolitan magazine’s website asked makeup artist Georgie Eisdell, who serves personalities such as Carey Mulligan, Amanda Seyfried and Dianna Agron, for tips, and photographerJ. Ryan Roberts. They listed 19 tips.
1) Make up your eyes before applying foundation
