– If the purchase was made via credit card: its reversal will be released in up to 02 (two) subsequent invoices, after returning the products to the physical store; When returning the products to our physical establishment, you will receive a statement confirming the procedure and within 10 (ten) days later, you will receive proof of cancellation in your email.

– If the purchase was made via bank slip: your refund will be made within 10 (ten) days after the return of the products to the physical store, receiving a statement confirming the procedure. During this period, the bank transfer receipt will be sent. The bank transfer will be made to the purchaser’s bank account. We do not carry out transfers to third-party bank accounts.

– If the purchase was made via voucher
