a pioneer watchmaker in the history of the dual time zone

Today, therefore, this Longines Spirit Zulu Time is part of this vein of watches for explorers, great travelers and pilots.

This model features a bezel enhanced with a colored ceramic insert (scratchproof) and is available on a matt black, microblasted anthracite or sunray blue dial, with a date window now placed at 6 o’clock. Its hands and numerals, covered with Superluminova, allow optimal reading in all circumstances, even in the darkness of a cockpit.

As with most GMT calibers, the hour hand moves independently of the 24-hour hand. Reading the additional time zone (in full hours only) is done using the 24-hour hand as well as a bidirectional rotating bezel also graduated over 24 hours (which allows the momentary display of a 3th time zone).
